Permanent formwork
Interlocking units create the shape that contains the concrete during placement.
Building with ICF
ICF combines permanent insulated formwork with a reinforced concrete core. It is a building method, not a visual style—and our experience helps connect the system to the wider job of building your home.

The forms establish the wall profile and remain in the completed construction.
The principle
Interlocking units create the shape that contains the concrete during placement.
Concrete and reinforcement form the structural core to the project engineer’s specification.
The insulated faces remain on both sides of the core as part of the wall build-up.
On site
The first course establishes wall position, corners, openings and levels.
Forms are stacked while horizontal and vertical reinforcement is introduced to the engineer’s design.
Alignment systems support the walls and provide a working platform before concrete is placed.
Concrete is pumped into the forms in a planned sequence and consolidated around the reinforcement.
The permanent forms remain around the concrete core, ready for specified internal and external finishes.
Claims, carefully made
Wall performance, energy use, comfort and environmental impact depend on the complete design, specification, workmanship and operation of a home—not one product in isolation.
Any project-specific performance figures should be assessed against the relevant drawings, calculations, test results and manufacturer documentation.
