About
Experience first. ICF specialism second.
The wall system may be different, but delivering a good home still depends on practical judgment, coordination and care developed over years on site.

A service grounded in over 40 years of building experience.
The decision to use ICF on a personal home revealed an opportunity to bring long-standing contractor experience to clients considering the same route.
The current self-build is important because it demonstrates the method in practice. It is not the limit of the business. The wider purpose is to help clients build their own homes with experienced construction input and a clear understanding of what sits inside the finished walls.
We cover the South of England, UK, with support ranging from project management and ICF construction to extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and building comfort systems. Each project starts with a clear scope, agreed responsibilities and attention to the work that becomes hidden later.
Working principles
Buildability first
